It's spring in this part of the world - finally. The sparrows are nesting and some have started to fledge.
Mr B got his watercolours out the other day for the first time in a couple of years. I thought that I would have a play. After a couple evenings I managed to come up with this watercolour of one of the fledging birds. I'm no expert, but I'm rather proud of this !
I've got to say last Friday before leaving work I purposully left my laptop. I feel so relaxed. It's been a week of knitting, baking, gardening, taking photos and sewing. Next week it's a bit of work and scrapping all the photos I've taken. Pity that we couldn't keep up our lifestyle if I didn't work, I could quite easily become a woman that does .... Stuff!
